Together with PMP Urbanists, Elleeva Associates developed a Public Transport Strategy Study for Transport Canberra. The Study was developed in consultation with a wide range of stakeholders across the ACT Government. With a customer-centric focus, the study identifies key priority areas for development, as well as targets and measures against those priority areas.

Elleeva Associates worked with the National Road Safety Partnership Program in the development of a new three year strategy. The work involved multiple stakeholder workshops across the Partnership’s membership, key respondent interviews, leading to the drafting of the actual strategy.

Elleeva Associates has supported the Department of Transport and Planning in Victoria across a number of projects, including public transport policy and the implementation of the Smarter Roads program during its inception in 2020.

The General Sir John Monash Foundation (JMF) raises funds and organises scholarships for top Australian scholars to study at world leading educational institutions across a wide range of subjects without restriction, the focus being simply to ensure that the institution itself is at the forefront in that particular field of endeavour. During 2021 Elleeva Associates supported the JMF in the development of a new stakeholder engagement and marketing strategy. The work included a complete review of previous activity, including advertising, media and social media, website and podcasting content.
